Náplň práce

You would be a member of 3rd line Linux/Unix Support Team team which is responsible for support of the most serious incidents of large-scale Linux/Unix-based solutions.

Location: Prague

There are no shifts - just regular working hours and regular on-calls.

Požadujeme

- University degree
- 1 year in a support role
- 2 years experience at Unix system administration and installation - Linux, Solaris or HP-UX
- 2 years experience with IP networking and IP services
- Unix/Linux OS & Apps administration and installation
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills both with team members and customers
- Used to problem-solving under pressure
- A good customer and business focus to understand the impact of engineering deliverables
