Náplň práce

*operations, project and change management of the Unix operating systems of several servers (3rd Level support)
*minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's production environment and to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
*define and execute work orders to implement changes, customer management
*mentor 3-4 IT specialists

Požadujeme

*high school/university degree
*excellent knowledge of Unix systems (Solaris or HP-UX)
*good understanding of the concept of ITIL
*analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
*service oriented behaviour and communication to internal and external contacts
*good communication skills
*basic experience with project management
*basic understanding of SAN
*knowledge of any of these technologies would be an advantage: Oracle, Cluster, Storage or Backup tools
*fluent in English
