Position Summary:

Red Hat is a company that is defined by its people, and we constantly strive to make sure that we hire the best individuals into our company. Our Talent Acquisition team are responsible for making this happen.
A key member of Red Hat's global Talent Acquisition team, a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) has responsibility for all recruitment activity for Red Hat within a defined business area or geography. Working in close partnership with managers of all levels (up to board level), a TAP will manage the recruitment process for all vacancies in their area of responsibility, from sourcing candidates to delivering offers.
The TAP also manages Red Hat's relationships with external recruitment agencies, but as an organization we are much more focused on finding new and innovative direct routes to candidates.
This role would ideally suit someone who has experience of working successfully as a recruitment consultant or agent, and who is keen to move to an internal position within a successful multinational organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for the defined business area or territory
Pro-actively resource candidates for open requirements
Build meaningful, collaborative relationships with hiring managers, and with other contributors within the Red Hat People team
Act as a domain expert for other business areas on matters of recruitment
Develop new and innovative methods for sourcing candidates
Deliver an effective service to managers and candidates, to enhance the brand of Talent Acquisition within Red Hat, and of Red Hat in the wider world.


Bachelor’s Degree level of education, ideally in a relevant subject area
Strong commercial experience sourcing and recruiting candidates in the IT or another Hi-Tech area [Four years related experience is ideal.]
Previous experience of campus recruitment would be an advantage
Experience of managing multiple priorities and working with a sense of urgency in a highly dynamic environment
Demonstrable ability to win the respect of managers, and the ability to adopt a consultative approach to recruitment
Exceptional ability to use job-boards and other on-line recruitment tools effectively
Previous experience of using a Candidate Management and/or Applicant Tracking software tool
Ability to think laterally, and innovate new methods of candidate sourcing
Excellent Communications and Organizations skills
Systematic work ability
English – fluent level, both written and spoken
