Job purpose:
System Configuration Software Developer develops and maintains components of installation and configuration system YaST.

Key responsibilities:
* design, development and maintenance of components for installation and configuration system YaST
* related documentation tasks

Požadujeme

Candidate Profile:
* very good system knowledge of the Linux operating system
* system knowledge of SUSE Linux operating system is a plus
* good knowledge of UNIX tools (grep, sed, bash, make) is a plus
* good knowledge of Linux programming tools (gcc, automake, autoconf)
* very good C/C++ languages or Perl programming skills
* good written English language skills
* knowledge of RPM, LDAP, system maintenance tools (SNMP, DMTF) and Novell technology (eDirectory, ZENworks, Mono) is a plus
* web applications development skills is a plus
* fast learner
* self-reliance
* team player
