Náplň práce

*provision of support services relating to specific application systems, provided both to users of the systems and to service delivery functions such as computer operations and help desk.
*providing advice or training to users about the application systems’ functionality, correct operation or constraints,
*devising work-arounds,
*Correcting faults,
*making general or site-specific modifications,
*updating system documentation, by manipulating data.
*close collaboration with the systems’ developers.
*determining how best to utilise new technical developments .
*juggling priorities between the immediate pressures for a commitment to see problem tickets through to resolution, and the project work required to improve the future service.

Požadujeme

*oracle Financials experience in one or more of the Oracle Modules like: AR, AP, GL, PO, FA as well as standard Oracle Financials reporting tools (Discoverer, OFA).
*working knowledge of ‘Application System Administration’, i.e. defining Menu’s, Folders, Functions etc. knows the logical structure of Oracle database. Is able to do SQL queries into Oracle DB.
*high School / University Education and good English.
