*negotiate, complete and agree the Business Requirements between IT Services & DPWN business partners. Document and present results of a problem analysis and secure buy-in for a proposed solution.
*secure delivery of the proposed solution against customer requirements.
*leverage existing solutions and intellectual property to deliver at optimal total cost of ownership and contribute towards enhancing IT Services knowledge capital.

*excellent in Writing, Presentation techniques and Verbal Communication
*strong analytical and problem solving skills
*strongly customer oriented and flexible, willing to travel
*strong in Building and Managing Partnerships
*strong in Influencing and Persuasion
*strong in Initiative, Innovation, Solid in Cross Border Thinking
*degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent life experience
*8+ years experience in consulting with direct customer relationship
*fluent English both oral & written
*good ITIL or other relevant industry best practice knowledge (COBIT, etc.)
